SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Primary Job Description
To provide technical support on vacuum pumps for scientific applications, including improvement programmes, technical evaluations for production and customer returns, communicating technical solutions to Japan and America on a regular basis.
Required Skills
'Hands on' practical engineering training from a mechanical background

Experience of customer problems and replies

Have an ability to produce concise reports using Word, Excel and email

The role might suit:

1) A Service Engineer who wishes to stop travelling

2) An 'hands on' engineer involved in customer care

3) An engineer currently involved in an R+D environment

Location: Sussex
Salary: c£25k
(all remuneration in UK Pounds Sterling)
