To develop and increase the vacuum pump, gases and chemicals application business in the Middle East & Eastern Europe, developing sales strategies and objectives, developing strategic links with customers, establish and develop an effective team of Distributors or Agents, contribute to the development of the regional support requirements for company products and services
Sales turnover in the region is anticipated to be £2m - £5m
Qualified to degree level in Science or Engineering
More than 5 years in-depth exposure in sales to industrial based companies in the Middle East and/or Eastern Europe
Strong business acumen, good people management skills and cultural awareness and a strong sense of achievement, motivation and customer focus
Experience of managing major customer accounts and distributor operations
