Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, UK the scope will be UK and European Territory
Primary functions include the installation, service and maintenance of sophisticated Medical System products
Install, maintain and repair Oncology System products
Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of Oncology System products
Act as a loyal representative showing high confidence in the company and the company's products
Report your activities regularly on standard forms (ie service reports, weekly time sheets and expense reports) and prepare travel schedules in advance
Provide assistance to customers in ordering spare parts or advice of service requests such as emergency and contractual services
Maintain a detailed record of service visits including technical problems and parts employed to correct these problems
Keep informed regarding all operating characteristics, design factors and technical performance of Medical Equipment products
Maintain and permanently up-dates his set of technical documentation.
Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness
Perform service on Oncology System products in other countries as required
Ideally qualified to HNC/HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years experience in field service
Must be mature and tactful
Willing to travel extensively
Fluency in English and preferably another European language (French/Swedish/German/Italian)
