Permanent Recruitment

Our permanent recruitment service operates at several levels utilising appropriate tools and techniques dependent on the Company or Position.
Job Matching Job matching is M&M Recruitment's basic service and entails establishing matching criteria for identifying suitable candidates on our database.
Criteria include location, salary, qualifications, industry background and key skills.
A database search is carried out using the developed criteria and telephone interviews are conducted with suitable applicants by an M&M consultant. Once interested candidates have been established a specified number of relevant CVs are submitted to the client.
We aim to complete the database search and provide feedback to the client within 24 hours indicating CVs to be forwarded and/or further activity to be undertaken.
Job Screening Job Screening extends the matching process and requires additional work by M&M. The process requires a visit by one of our consultants to discuss/develop a full job specification and candidate profile prior to a database search being carried out. At this level M&M conducts formal face-to-face interviews with potential applicants prior to drawing up a shortlist for presentation to the client.
Search & Selection Search & Selection involves carrying out targeted recruitment activities recruitment activities in close liaison with clients. This includes head hunting and/or media campaigns.
The object is to attract candidates known to possess relevant skills from known companies, industrial sectors of geographical areas.
